Touchstone Project Management 

As Project and Development Managers we have been involved with several significant projects. In many cases, we have been responsible for transforming an idea on a piece of paper through to a completed project. The Development of the Iconic Hamilton Island Yacht Club, 35 luxury Villas, Marina, Boardwalk, Resort Pool, Infrastructure and landscaping was such a project transforming a reduntant site on the windy side of Hamilton Island to a world class resort development.

The Touchstone Construction Group offers expertise in project delivery, overseeing the approval process,  design development, cost control and construction programme. We work with all stake holders to ensure that our clients vision and objectives remain the focus.

Other Projects have included the redevelopment of Woolwich Dock into a thriving boat works, restaurant and function centre, complete with boutique office spaces.

Recent projects include “Celeste” – a luxury home on the Northern Beaches of Sydney where we were engaged to deliver the project through its finishing phase.

We are currently undertaking a large residence in Pokolbin NSW complete with guest villas, wellness facility, landscaping, helipad and infrastructure.
